Welcome to my Online Hamshack!

Thanks for visiting my third... fourth... (fifteenth?) webpage documenting my ham radio activities!

I'm a member of the following amateur radio clubs and organizations:

I'm around a radio most evenings, mostly lurking, occasionally sending RF waves into the ether. My primary mode of operation is CW, mostly on 40 and 80 meters. That said, I can be found using phone around 3970, portions of 40m, and repeaters across South Central Iowa.

Even though I'm an SKCC member, if you catch me on the air, I politely ask you don't request I switch keys. If I'm using my paddles it's probably for a reason. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, just tellin' it how it is in a polite manner.

Here you can find a rough description of my station setup. My keys, rigs, antennas, and other peripheral devices I may or may not use.

A copy of my log is also available. Feel free to search and see if we've worked before! My contacts are also uploaded to eQSL and LOTW as I enter them into my log.

I also have a page of propagation conditions. Yes, they're the same ones you can find anywhere else. The difference being that these ones are here, not there. And they're in a format I like, with the ones I don't use not being shown. In other words, it's mostly for my own use but feel free to use it for yours as well.

I also have a blog of sorts. It's more of a means for me to take note of and document my various exploits in ham radio. Feel free to read along and comment your thoughts. Or don't. Like most other stuff, it's mainly for my own use and anyone else's enjoyment of it is just icing on the cake.

73 and see you on the bands!
